Originally best friend’s, rapper/ promoter 50 Cent and Boxer/ promoter Floyd Mayweather Jr have engaged in an epic war of words on Twitter. The friendship started to unravel after 50 Cent decide to leave their joint business partnership The Money Team- a promotional venture. As 50 cent has been looking to get into boxing on the management side of the game and already has his company SMS Audio a managing so up and coming boxers.
The two have now hit the Internet to bash one another. Floyd has tweeted out “Men lie…women lie numbers don’t lie. Wayne, Drake, Rick Ross Kanye Please help this boy.” And then Floyd tweeted “a male boxing groupie..hold my belts because your album sales have declined.” Floyd also spent a pic with the tweet.
50 Cent returned fire with “MONEY Floyd you know I have more MONEY than you. Al Haymen got you on a allowance, you go broke every fight stupid SMSaudio.” 50 cent than went on to tweet “GAMBOA IS MAD FLOYD. He gonna beat ya ass man. He moving up in weight. SMSaudio.” This looks like an attempt to set up Floyd vs. SMS audio prospect Yuriorkis Gamboa. This could be a huge publicity stunt or just to people needing attention.
50 Cent has even came out and said this beef was planned but said it in a way taking a shot against the world champion boxer “I’m sick of all this nonsense Floyd asked me to act like we’re fighting cause no one was paying attention after his 60 days. #SMSaudio”. Even if admitting the beef was does not compare to bring up recent jail time for such a heinous act. 50 then tweeted, “Domestic violence is very serious my apologies, my grandmother said we need to stop playing I’m done sorry #sk.” Now after saying he’s done with the situation 50 Cent then tweeted “He just called he mad I said something about domestic violence. He Just want be in music. You ever heard him RAP?lol” The tweets go cold after 50 Cent finishes with “He texting really trippin over the domestic violence tweet. It’s true everybody know, he already did time for it. SMSaudio.”
Now Aliki David and his partner Celebrity Boxing owner Ramon Feldman have offered each man 5 million dollars to settle their differences in a 3- 2 minute round celebrity boxing match with the big gloves and head gear. It is unclear at this time if either man will accept the offer.
But let’s all enjoy this comedy while it lasts.
