On Friday March 29, 2013, the YDI Wool Warehouse Rumble 3 takes place and on that card Nohime Dennisson faces Amanda Crespin for the third time. Recently while at Jackson/Winkeljohn’s I had the chance to talk with Nohime about her upcoming fight.

MF: How are you feeling and how is everything going leading up to the fight?

ND: I’m feeling really good. This training camp has been pretty awesome because of all the people I train with. I train here at Jackson’s, my diet is good (and) training is good. I haven’t hurt myself thank goodness, knock on wood. But, yeah so far so good. I’m pumped and excited for Friday.

MF: What do you think about the trilogy, going into a fight with an opponent you should know kind of well?

ND: You know what it doesn’t really bother me. It’s three times that we’re fighting. I just look at it as ring experience. I have a place to grow and she does as well, so in a way I’m hoping she brings a different aspect to the fight then she has in the past; just so that I can be seeing a different opponent to test me so I know where I’m at.

MF: Is there a danger in this fight of thinking that you know your opponent too well?

ND: No, I don’t think so. I don’t think that I think that I know her too well at all. I think me taking her on again is like taking on another opponent because it has been two years since I fought her. But, I just look back at the tape and I just figure out what I need to do and how I need to grow. What I can I work on to make the fight even better.
